We have an internal retention policy where there are varying retention periods for different categories of information depending on our legal obligations and whether there is a need, such as answering progress queries or Candidate enquiries. How do we keep your information secure?
Any data received or submitted is retained on equipment totally segregated from and not connected in any way to the internet. When received, data is copy typed from our internet equipment to a separate secure device and the internet communication securely deleted.
